In addition to his day-to-day positions, Molina has remained a very active executive within the IT arena. HITEC was founded in December 2006 by senior Hispanic IT executives who have built successful careers in information technology and collectively shared a strong desire to make an impact within the Hispanic community by helping others reach the highest levels within information technology.
HITEC will provide these executives with professional development and networking opportunities to help them become future leaders with the IT industry.
