08-11-08: HITEC Sponsor Ranked as Fastest-growing of Nation’s Hispanic-owned Businesses

DETROIT - For the sixth consecutive year Hispanic Business magazine has named HITEC esteemed sponsor, VisionIT as part of its ‘100 Fastest-growing Hispanic-owned Companies,’ this year ranking the fast-growth IT staffing and outsourcing firm 11th.

Earlier this year VisionIT ascended to its highest ranking of 66 as part of the publication’s HB 500—its annual list of the largest Hispanic-owned businesses in the U.S. Based on its revenue growth from 2006-2007, VisionIT was also the fastest-growing business of the HB 500 list.

“This is another phenomenal accomplishment for our growing company,” said David H. Segura, VisionIT CEO and HITEC vice chair. “2007 was truly a breakout year for us and I am elated to see our team’s efforts garnering national attention from publications such as Hispanic Business.”

Because of its tremendous showing as part of this year’s ‘100 Fastest-growing,’ VisionIT was also featured in Hispanic Business magazine’s current issue. The article entitled “Unveiling the Secrets Behind Hispanic Business' 100 Fastest-Growing Companies,” profiles the vision behind the company. You can read the article here.
