Jose is the President of L5 Source, an Information Technology firm providing software development outsourcing services to US based companies. L5 Source provides expertise to help companies align their technology investments with corporate strategy by delivering solutions that balance risk, quality, and cost through alternative near-shore partnerships in Mexico.

 

Prior to founding L5 Source, Jose held executive level IT positions in global organizations in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Telecommunications, Retail and Energy industries. His expertise includes assessing organizational needs and developing integrated approaches to meet changing national and international business environments such as M&A, divestitures, market expansion, turnarounds, and deregulation. He has worked in Mexico and the US, helping companies develop and deploy large-scale implementations of e-business, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain and Business Intelligence solutions. He has developed strategic partnerships with third parties to deliver value added services to the organizations he was worked for. His positions at Procter & Gamble, Convergys, Nine West Group, and Cinergy Corp have allowed these companies to streamline their supply chains, grow market share, strengthen customer-supplier relationships and improve their overall efficiency.

 

Jose is the President of the Greater Cincinnati chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). In addition he serves as Finance Officer on the boards of the Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA (HCCUSA), an organization focused on promoting growth and development of the Hispanic/Latino business community in the Cincinnati area, and Hispanics Avanzando Hispanics (HAH), a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds in support of Hispanic philanthropic organizations with primary focus on health care and education.

 

Jose did his undergraduate work at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and obtained his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma.
