HITEC Programs
HITEC will meet on a quarterly basis throughout the United States to provide executive development. HITEC executive development will be during two day events (Friday's and Saturdays) and will provide HITEC members with engaging topics presented by leading experts. These topics will include discussions on globalization, IT technologies, understanding Hispanic population growth in the U.S., IT skill set trends, and leadership.
These quarterly events will also provide outstanding networking opportunities which includes meeting with Fortune 500 senior executives (CEO's and CIO's).
Mentorship
HITEC will also develop mentorship programs to assist Hispanic IT managers in reaching higher roles within their organizations by senior HITEC members who have already been through the necessary stages to reach the executive level.
