Not a “true” member of their tribe. Professionally, this is often referred to as imposter syndrome, but for Hispanics, this is also captured by the "Yo Sabo" experience. Named for a common grammatical mistake, this feeling reflects a deeper struggle with identity, belonging, and worth.
