Jose R (Pepe) Gomez is a Business and Sales executive with more than 20 years of experience leading domestic, international and global organizations in some of the most successful e influential technology companies in the industry like Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Softtek, HPE and Schneider Electric. Pepe currently has a leadership position in the Global Field Services organization at Schneider Electric where he has the responsibility to drive Services Business Management for Strategic Accounts, before joining Schneider Electric he lead the Worldwide New Business efforts for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Pointnext from its headquarter offices in Palo Alto, California. Pepe has been involve on Diversity and Inclusion Leadership roles for over 15 years and has being President of Society of Latinos (SOL) at Sun Microsystems, Founder and Chair of Hispanic Oracle Leadership Association (HOLA) and founder of Bay Area Latino Network. Pepe's passion for Inclusion provides him with the opportunity to give back, mentor and coach many great IT professionals how happen to be Hispanic.
Pepe is a long time member of HITEC and has participated hosting HITEC events at Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Hewlett Packard, currently he also serves in HITEC Corporate Advisory Board and is the President of HITEC Mexico. Pepe also serves in the Board of Directors for The First Tee Silicon Valley -organization dedicated to teach kids life lessons and skills through golf- and is on the Advisory Board for Silicon Valley Latino -organization dedicated to highlight the accomplishments and contributions by Latinos in Silicon Valley. Pepe Has been recognized 3 times as one of the HITEC 100 most influential Latinos in IT
