Congratulations to HITEC Leader MicroTech President, CEO and Founder, Tony Jimenez, for being awarded 1 of 10 contracts for the $50 Billion 15-year Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) that provides a $75 million minimum revenue guarantee per awardee.

EIS is the main component of General Services Administration's (GSA) telecommunications portfolio and is the follow-on contract vehicle for Networx, WITS3, and 90 Regional contracts and agreements for government telecommunications and infrastructure solutions. More than 70 million pieces of equipment procured from these 90 regional contracts and 8 Networx contracts will be moved to EIS.

The EIS contract is a full and open contract. Despite the fact that there were no small business set-asides, MicroTech was able to win one of the highly sought after awards, making MicroTech the only Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and the only company headquartered in the DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia) area to receive one of these prestigious contracts .

Through the Network Services program, GSA has developed the Network Services 2020 (NS2020) strategy, a new and all-inclusive acquisition program to fulfill agencies’ IT and telecommunications needs. NS2020 will become the government’s main source for network-based and network-enabled services, which will be provided through the new EIS contract vehicle.

HITEC Partner MicroTech is honored to have been selected as a provider for this next generation of network services contract. "This award is the culmination of a lot of very hard work of a great collaborative team comprised of industry-leading partners and dedicated MicroTech employees resulting in our most significant contract win to date," said the CEO of Microtech Tony Jimenez.  This contract allows the company to expand its offerings beyond data services, voice services, and managed services, to the full spectrum of telecommunications, hardware and software solutions, cloud and network and telecommunications services that drive era-defining modernization and innovation.

With the EIS contract, MicroTech now holds 25 multiple-award type contracts with dozens of federal, state and local government agencies through which MicroTech provides a broad range of innovative technologies and state of the art professional services and solutions.
